Cancel auto-renewalWhere you cancel depends on where you paid. It takes about a minute.
Sign in (web · desktop app)
In Chrome or Safari, go to alephlab.ai/app ↗ and sign in with the parent account that has the subscription.Click Manage subscription
Click Manage subscription at the bottom of the page to open your subscription details.
In the mobile app, tap the Settings tab at the bottom right → General → Manage Subscription.Cancel your subscription
On the web, click Open Billing Portal and cancel your subscription. Auto-renewal stops from the next payment, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Canceling isn't a refund; to get money back, request a refund separately.Paid through the App Store or Google Play?
Store subscriptions can't be canceled in Aleph Kids. Cancel in that store.
iOS: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions.
Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Sign in with the Google account you paid with, or it won't show up.
Cancel during the trial and you keep access until the trial ends. You won't be charged after that.
