Hi there 👋 Where should we start?
Hello, parents!
New here? Start with setup. Something not working? Find the error message and we'll show you the fix.
What can we help with?
Getting started
First-time setup
About 10 minutes, from picking a device to the first class.
Nintendo Switch setup
Needs a second device (a computer), and setup is harder.
Which account do I log in with?
Use the parent account. Kids don't need their own accounts.
