Monthly plans: request within 7 days of the charge; we refund it minus the days your child had class. 6- and 12-month plans: request anytime; we deduct each month already passed at the standard monthly price, plus the class days in the current month, and refund the rest. Submit your request at alephlab.ai/app/refund. If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, request the refund from that store.
