  Annie shows up in Minecraft but you can't hear her voice at all.

  Connection Lost

  This appears when the class time is up. It's not an error; the class has simply ended.
• Account

  Which account do I log in with?

  Use the parent account that has the subscription. There are no separate child accounts.

  Log in with the parent account on every device, yours and your child's. Use the same sign-in method you signed up with (Kakao, Apple or Google) to land in the same account. If you see Error 23, open alephlab.ai/app in your web browser to check that your account exists and has a subscription.

  Each child needs their own parent account (email) and subscription. On each child's devices, use the account that has that child's subscription.
